Small Group Fitness

Small group fitness can be enjoyed at any level of fitness! Designed for 6-10 participants I keep the class size small so that you get more one on one time and attention.

Progressions and regressions are made to give you the right MOVEMENT at the right TIME and the correct INTENSITY, meaning you never have to fear coming into a class and feeling like it might be too difficult or not intense enough for your current goals. Classes run at 6 week blocks, giving you flexibility, affordability and that magical team spirit and comradery.
